Website terms
Last updated 16 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Noumenai website and any preliminary conversations you have with us. They do not govern paid engagements — those are covered by a separate written contract executed between Noumenai and the client.
Scope of this website
This site is informational. It describes patterns, capabilities, and points of view. Nothing on it is a binding offer, quote, statement of work, or professional advice. Written materials, product screenshots, and metrics are illustrative unless a specific provenance note says otherwise.
What you agree to
- You will not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the site.
- You will not scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the content for competing commercial use without our written permission.
- You will not submit false, unlawful, or third-party personal information through our contact routes.
Intellectual property
Copy, diagrams, the pattern library, and page structure are © Noumenai. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Redistribution of substantive portions requires prior written consent. Third-party marks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
Statements about capability
We take care to describe what the software actually does today, and to mark aspiration as aspiration. Status labels — PROVEN, IN PRODUCTION, BUILDABLE, ROADMAP, CO-DEVELOPED — carry the meaning defined on the pattern library page. Anything not labelled as in-production should be read as forward-looking and subject to change.
Bookings and preliminary conversations
Booking a conversation is not a commitment on either side. It is an exploratory call. Any obligation begins only when a written engagement is signed by both parties.
Third-party sites and embeds
This site embeds Calendly for scheduling and links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those services. Their terms and privacy notices apply to your use of them.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noumenai excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless a mandatory law of your habitual residence requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website evolves. The revised date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be indicated in the same location.
