Noumenai was born from a simple conviction: AI creates value only when it is applied with technical rigour, strategic clarity, and deep knowledge of the business. We don't stop at recommending — we build, we deliver, and we stay until the results are measurable.
We are an applied-AI and digital-transformation firm founded by executives with decades of experience across both faces of the modern enterprise: the one that decides, and the one that builds. We work with organisations operating in complex, regulated environments — where error carries a cost, and change has to be sustainable.

Co-founder
Paulo Vendeirinho
An engineer by training, Paulo brings twenty-six years in enterprise technology — ten in engineering and technical architecture, sixteen on the go-to-market side of the companies whose software and AI large enterprises buy. For years he led technology partnerships at Amazon Web Services across EMEA, a vantage point that gave him a rare view of how technology is adopted, blocked, and scaled inside large organisations.
A year ago he went back to building. He completed an intensive programme at the University of Cambridge in data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a capstone engagement at the Bank of England. He is a founding executive of Newronium — the digital-transformation ecosystem within which Noumenai sits, integrating strategy, data and execution across five practices, from Data & AI to Finance Intelligence. He is also the co-author of The Intelligence Imperative, a leadership fable on making AI transformation work inside regulated organisations.
Paulo brings an operator's instinct to problems of AI engineering — and the go-to-market track record to carry that work to market.

Bruno Patrão
With more than twenty years as a senior international executive, Bruno has built his career opening markets, leading multicultural teams, and running complex businesses on both the operational and financial side — from automotive to media, from sport to management consulting.
His path is defined by the ability to combine strategic vision with direct execution: launching and scaling operations in new markets, full P&L ownership across multiple jurisdictions, post-merger integration, and board-level stakeholder management. He has worked in environments where the pressure to grow coexists with the need to align local teams to global objectives — and where performance has to be sustainable, not just occasional.
It is that combination — strategy that doesn't stay on paper, and execution that doesn't lose its way — that he brings to Noumenai.
